He started BCON Instruments after working for different company’s for about 30 years. BCON Instruments is active in QC and R&D laboratories. The main industries where we are active are the pharmaceutical, environmental, chemical, food industry. Also many governmental labs, Universities and Medical Centers are amongst our customers.
Our knowledge is in Thin Layer Chromatography, Lab Safety, Automated Sample Cleanup, and Laboratory Automation, but not limited to that.

BCON Instruments is a small size company with a staff of specialists in laboratory instrumentation. BCON Instruments is founded in 2009 by Dick Bruijnzeel. He started BCON Instruments after working for different company’s for about 30 years. Dick started as a service engineer of Clinical Chemistry Analysers in the Hospital laboratories. Later on he did services on many other measurement and analysis instruments. Lab automation, combining software and hardware to automate analysis processes in the lab, is and has been Dick’s favorite challenge. The young BCON team is learning fast from the large experience that is in house.
Current status of BCON Instruments
The company acts as a full service and support distributor for major companies in the laboratory instruments business. Most of the products we distribute in the Benelux countries, and some in the whole of Europe. BCON Instruments is active in QC and R&D laboratories. The main industries where we are seen are the pharmaceutical, environmental, chemical and food industry. Also many governmental labs, Universities and Medical Centers are amongst our customers. Innovative products in Agriculture are starting to become a new branch of interest.
