  • DP200Valveless, high precision micro dosing pump with digital flow-rate control. It is covered by an acid-proof housing with a keypad which allows to set all dosing parameters easily (e.g. volume, flow rateor, flow direction). ISO9001 and the GLP guidelines require regular checking and recalibration of measuring instruments. In order to simplify this, the DP200 has an integrated calibration function. The DP200 is available with different pump heads: (20/200/300).

    • No glass piston, no valves, minimal dead volume
    • Minimal dispensing volume: 1/10/20μl
    • All wetted parts are made of ceramic (99,7% Al2O3) and PVDF
    • Integrated calibration function
    • PC interface.
  • The DSR is a unique offline dissolution sampling system that was specially designed for using with tablet dissolution bath. The DSR can provide simultaneous sample collection from 6 to 12 vessels.

High precision valve-less ceramic pumps are integrated into DSR. The system can be completed with dilution and media refilling modules. The display shows all actual process information. The own controller board allows to set customized process and hardware setup data.

Applications: Tablet dissolution Test, Dilution, Media addition.

    • Multi-channel sampling
    • Dilution module

  • Valveless, high precision micro dosing pump with detachable remote controller. With additional hotkeys, function keys and encoder wheel the setting and adjusting of all values is easy, fast and intuitive. Furthermore the units of volume, specific weight and flow-rate can be pre-programmed, e.g. μl, ml, mg, g, μl/s, ml/min.

The HPLH is available with different pump heads: 20/200/300/1000.

    • Large variety of pump heads available
    • Detachable remote controller
    • PC/TTL/Analogue Interface
  • The pulse-free HPLH pumps are employing two interdependently controlled pump heads which results in a pulse free flow without any need for secondary pulse dampeners. Unlike syringe pumps the flow is continuous without the need for refill cycles or valve switching.

The pulse-free HPLH pumps have the same performance and features as our standard HPLH pumps like the fast and easy setting and adjusting of all values via the intuitive controller or the pre-programming of the units for volume, flow-rate and specific weight, e.g. μl, ml, mg, g, μl l/s, ml/m.

The HPLH PF is available with 2 different pump heads: 20/200.

  • To build your individual leaching test or percolation column test system (regarding NEN 7343, DIN19528 and DIN EN 14405), you can combine TC50, TC100 test columns and all of our multichannel pumps pump heads. The pumps will be built in a control module that fits the number of your different test columns. The control module support up to 8 test channel. Each test channel consist of one pump and automatic multichannel valves (4-or 7-way valves).-Modular design: 1 to 8 channel-Logging of process data-Free programmable application settings-PC controlled or offline application process.

  • The multi-channel pumps type MDP/MPC can be equipped with up to 14 pump modules and configured according to customer specifications.

All pumps controllers are connected via RS485 interface and have their own slave address. The free configuration allows individual operation of each pump as well as simultaneous control of all pumps via a global slave address. A RS232 interface allows comfortable control via PC.

    • Valveless ceramic pumps
    • Freely configurable
    • RS232 Interface
    • High degree of precision
    • Large variety of pump heads available
    • Easy maintenance due to modular design.
  • The multi-channel pump type Tower II consists of 2-9 pump modules in a tower case with a built-in control panel. The unit is operated either by this control panel or by PC based systems.

All pumps can be started simultaneously with individual preset parameters which grants great flexibility to the user, who can set up experiments quickly without having to program pumping sequences via PC based software first. Once the parameters have been ascertained the user can easily set them in a program and run the system from a Computer.
